Q: Do I have to address payment prior to services?
A: Yes. As part of the "informed consent" process, you have to agree to payment arrangements.
Q: What if you don't accept my insurance?
A: We will provide you with an insurance-ready receipt which you can submit for reimbursement.
Q: Can I use my HSA for services?
A: You should be able to pay your out of pocket expenses with your HSA.
Q: What happens if I don't have paperwork done 24 business hours prior to my session?
A: Your appointment will be cancelled until your paperwork is done.
