We are a therapeutic equestrian center located on an 8-acre farm. As such, any and all visitors to our location understands and assumes the risks associated with equine-related and farm animal related activities, including but not limited to bodily injury and physical harm to or from horse, rider, spectator, and property of themselves or others. Visitors agree to waive liability and claims for, and to hold harmless and indemnify the farm, their agents, and assignees and releases them from any and all claims, liability, or responsibility for accident, damage, injury, or illness to any visitors.
As a facility that houses licensed mental health activities, we are committed to upholding the Ethics Code of the American Counseling Association and the rules of HIPAA. Clients can expect our compliance with these rules and guidelines, including privacy rights that do not conflict with federal, state, or local laws, such as our mandate to report abuse, neglect, or imminent threat of harm.
